Lapan Cooking Classes is a one-off day/evening course teaching the art of preparing authentic Southeast Asian cuisine. Participants learn by preparing food in our houme based in East London. 

The course is completely hands-on while the technical content is purposefully presented.

Choose one set menu per class: Thai or Malay/Indonesian . Each menu includes two starters, a main course and a dessert. However, dishes can be modified (e.g. halal, vegetarian), please check with us prior to reservation.

Each individual will be fully equipped with necessary cooking tools and we provide the ingredients too. All classes are small size - a maximum of 4 students is recommended to ensure adequate personalized attention.
